Important Notice:
Total Health Care, Inc. is pleased to announce that we have implemented a new computer system that will allow us to process claims and perform many of our other business functions in a faster, more efficient manner. Among it's features, this system will offer a new provider portal with enhanced member eligibility, claims statusing and referral authorization capabilities. We have, however, retained access to the old online referral tool so that you can status referrals entered prior to July 1, 2009. Going forward, all new referral requests will go through the new portal.
